The main aim of the institute is broadening the horizon of dance and therefore to perform in different regions. Till date the institute has given performances in several important places of Sri Lanka and India. Not only imparting dance education the institute also aims to bridge the gap between the two countries through cultural exchanges as was also set up by Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore.
Dance is for everybody. I believe that the dance came from the people and that it should always be delivered back to the people.
